Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within the HVAC industry. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and technical documentation tools.
