Job Description

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities Manage and control warehouse and shipping/receiving activities in accordance with established company policy and procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records of internal warehouses (goods in stock, returns, waybill, etc.), ensuring correctness of all documentation and performing periodic reconciliation. Record in the system the production/transformation of new products (box pallet, dispensing). Ensure accurate data transfer (In-out) via IT interface. Provide reports on warehouse performance (KPIs, low rotation products, write-offs, damage trends, etc.). Coordinate all material transfers between warehouses (products, raw materials, POP materials). Manage COGS & Di-ba and related costs. Provide timely monthly COGS reports to main co-manufacturer. Manage in ERP the Di-ba for internal production and co-manufacturing. Calculate COGS for co-manufactured products. Calculate and send compensation due to re-packing activities to third parties. Provide warehouse reports to the Finance department during month-end and year-end closures. Control inventory ownership for COGS cycle. Qualifications: Experience in controlling and monitoring warehouse activities. Strong analytical skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Good interpersonal skills. Team-oriented and results-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. J-18808-Ljbffr
