Your responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager (m / f / d) Onboarding : Ensure that new customers have the smoothest possible start with the Eturnity solution and quickly achieve their goals Success Management : Maintain regular contact with our customers and provide flexible support with their questions and challenges. Our offices in St. Gallen or Chur are always open to you Fun : Join us for our Team Days at our office in St. Gallen Purpose : Contribute to accelerating the energy transition through your work What you bring as the ideal candidate A completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field Proven experience in a (B2B) SaaS environment - ideally in customer success, onboarding, or account management Familiarity with digital tools and customer journey automation Technical interest or background in renewable energy (PV, heating systems, etc.) is a plus – but not a must Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize smartly Fluency in French and English is mandatory; fluency in Italian is a plus Do you want to be part of our team?
