Our client, a leading M&A advisory boutique, is seeking a Vice President to join its Milan office. The firm advises on high-profile mid-cap deals across Europe, with strong sector expertise in industrials, consumer, and technology. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&A professional to lead transactions and play a strategic role in the firm’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities : Lead execution of live M&A mandates, including financial analysis, process management, and client communication. Coordinate cross-border deal teams and manage interactions with buyers, sellers, and advisors. Supervise and mentor analysts and associates on deliverables and transaction workflows. Contribute to business development efforts and pitch preparation. Qualifications : 6–9 years of M&A experience, ideally from a top-tier investment bank or advisory boutique. Strong execution track record on both sell-side and cross-border transactions. Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages a plus.
