Video Editor – Ads & Social Content – Remote / Valencia (Spain) Are you passionate about impactful video editing, B2C content creation ? English or German Speaker ? At FIREFIGHTGROUP, we’re looking for a video editor to produce powerful and engaging content for our audience. We already have lots of raw footage and creative concepts waiting for someone like you. You’ll work directly with our advertising lead to transform marketing ideas into high-performing videos, propose new shooting scripts, and align visual execution with what resonates in the Firefighter world. ⚜️ Our mission: To help, equip, support and unite all everyday heroes—firefighters around the world. 1️⃣ What We Offer: A long-term freelance collaboration with the potential to grow. 1 to 2 weeks of work per month (flexible, distributed across the month). Remote work or optional on-site at our office in Paterna (Valencia, Spain). A creative role where your video output directly impacts performance. An ambitious, mission-driven team that values visual storytelling. 2️⃣ Your Mission: You will lead the creation of video content, working closely with our internal media and performance teams. Video Editing for Ads & Social Edit video ads, Reels, TikTok, teasers, and B2C campaigns. Work with UGC, influencers, in-house content, and voiceovers. Add subtitles and optimize visuals for platforms. Creative Direction & Ideation Participate in briefs with the marketing team. Propose new concepts and creative formats. Suggest shooting scripts based on campaign goals. Collaboration & Optimization Review ad performance with the advertising team. Improve or rework low-performing creatives. Stay up to date with trends and social formats. 3️⃣ Who We’re Looking For: Skills Solid experience in video editing for B2C advertising / social platforms Excellent knowledge of European market, visual, culture and performance tone Mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent Can work from a brief and suggest solutions Fluent in English and German (french is optionnal, cause international team) Mindset Creative : You bring energy and innovation to every edit Proactive : You make suggestions, don’t wait for instructions Detail-oriented : You care about timing, transitions, clarity Fast : You can turn things around quickly if needed Autonomous : You can self-manage and deliver Curious : You observe, test and improve with each campaign ℹ️ About FIREFIGHTGROUP: FIREFIGHTGROUP is a multi-activity company dedicated to the world of firefighting.
