EVENT Senior Project Manager

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager in CORPORATE EVENTS to to join our Super SmartWorks Team office in Malaga. The candidate will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events. This role encompasses a wide range of events, from intimate corporate meetings to large-scale international conferences, ensuring each is executed with precision, creativity, and alignment with organizational objectives. We need someone who: ✅ Oversee all phases of event planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and post-event evaluation. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements. ✅ Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. ✅ Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external providers, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. ✅ Lead on-site operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown. Provide real-time problem-solving and decision-making to address any challenges that arise during events. ✅ Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. Prepare and present post-event reports, including performance metrics and recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications: ✅ Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in senior event project management, preferably within a corporate or agency environment. ✅ Contribute to team success by supporting collective objectives. ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ✅ Fluent in English; Proficiency in Spanish.
