Job Description Job Description We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Hollywood, California, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for dashboards, applications, and AI-driven tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex workflows into user-friendly designs that align with business goals and enhance user engagement. Responsibilities: • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and areas for improvement. • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD while adhering to brand guidelines. • Develop and maintain organized content structures and navigation flows to optimize user journeys across web and mobile platforms. • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into applications. • Create and document scalable design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and style guides. • Conduct usability testing and analyze metrics to refine designs based on user feedback and performance data. • Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and security/privacy requirements. • Collaborate on data visualization projects, utilizing tools like Tableau or Looker to deliver effective visual insights. • Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring the end product is accessible to all users. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. • Familiarity with front-end technologies like CSS and JavaScript frameworks to enable effective collaboration with developers. • Experience developing and managing scalable design systems. • Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to diverse audiences. • Knowledge of data visualization principles and experience with tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus. • Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
