Key Responsibilities: Design and manage land development and civil/site projects from concept through construction — all remotely. Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control plans using industry-standard software. Collaborate virtually with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and efficiency. Lead or support permitting processes and regulatory approvals. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of a strong, remote-first project team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/site design or land development. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software.
