PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE OK TO RELOCATE Information Technology Project Manager Location: Bahrain Salary: 3,500 - 4,000BD/month 12 month rolling contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technology projects within the banking sector. The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering within scope, time, and budget while managing risks and stakeholders effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects in the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking applications, core banking systems, and digital channels. Skilled in project planning, resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. Proficient with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project). Strong understanding of compliance , information security , and regulatory requirements in banking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly advantageous. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the bank. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring successful project execution. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain regular communication and status reporting with stakeholders and senior management. Ensure projects adhere to bank policies, security standards, and compliance requirements. Guide project teams in following best practices, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation review of IT projects. Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement. Why This Role?
