What We're Looking For: Your Superpowers! You're a seasoned pro with: Experience: A solid 8 years in an events agency , including 2 years at Senior PM level or above , with a proven track record in delivering both conferences and incentive events from start to finish. Client & Team Leadership: Exceptional skills in building and nurturing client relationships, and a natural leader when it comes to guiding project teams and on-site operations . Tech Savvy: Comfortable with delegate management systems (extra points for Cvent experience !). Global Guru: Deep knowledge of venues and destinations worldwide, strong supplier relationships, and a wizard with budget management – all critical for successful event execution . Creative Vision & Execution: A sharp eye for detail, logistics, and production, coupled with a truly creative mindset, ensuring flawless event delivery . Multi-Tasking Maestro: You thrive juggling multiple projects, owning every stage from that initial pitch, through complex production , to the final wrap-up.
