Ecommerce Support Consultant

Our client is eagerly seeking a Support Consultant who will be part of the team that is responsible to ensure all eCommerce critical systems are running smoothly and react speedily to deal with any issues. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and energetic team. You will also work closely with technical and development teams to deal with technical debt and ensure critical problems are being fixed. Key Requirements · BSC / BTech/Diploma · Minimum 4 years of working in a Technical Support Consultant or relevant Software Engineer/Development position in the IT/ecommerce industry · Previous experience in large enterprise scale ecommerce solutions such as SAP Commerce/Hybris and exposure to other SAP applications would be a bonus · Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills · Extensive experience in using and knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence etc · Monitor SLAs for various systems and service providers Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za .
