Position Overview The Junior Sales Analyst supports the sales team by providing insights and recommendations on business performance. This role involves active collaboration with Sales, Merchandise & Planning, and Finance departments. Key responsibilities include: Preparing fiscal year budgets and following up on forecasts with strategic analysis by brand, channel, region, and account. Collecting sales data and analyzing to increase overall sales results. Building reports to track key performance indicators such as retail sales, sell-through rates, economic conditions, competition, and customer behaviors to inform decision-making. Focusing primarily on wholesale business, working closely with the sales team to develop an omnichannel reporting culture, and collaborating cross-functionally with business partners on detailed business analysis and project coordination. Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and verification meetings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and feasibility of final statements. Additional responsibilities include: Managing omnichannel reporting and coordinating stakeholders to ensure high-quality business analysis and project delivery. Updating sales reports for regional and European headquarters teams based in Geneva and London. Guiding sales teams in defining the Budget Process and developing Budget Presentations. Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data to support business decisions. Tracking sales figures and retail sales by customer and brand through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, reviewing variances against budgets and targets. Preparing proposals and ensuring data consistency for meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Producing ad hoc reports for Sales, Merchandising & Planning, and Senior Management. Generating presentations for management meetings. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Commercial and financial acumen. Strong leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English.
