Job Description
Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic professional to lead their offline demand generation efforts across India. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling demand initiatives across geographies while leading a high-impact team of field professionals. As a core member of their leadership team, you will oversee the growth and productivity of regional sales operations, develop scalable strategies for two or three-wheeler EV driver acquisition and retention, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of field-driven customer engagement, operational execution, and performance optimization at scale. Key Responsibilities ● Spearhead offline demand initiatives and growth strategies across multiple cities and territories. ● Lead and manage a team of field executives responsible for onboarding two-wheeler and three-wheeler EV drivers to our battery swapping platform. ● Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of field sales managers and on-ground executives responsible for onboarding EV drivers. ● Drive nationwide acquisition and retention strategies to increase active user base and platform loyalty. ● Build standardized playbooks, performance metrics, and process frameworks for scalable field operations. ● Analyze field data, market dynamics, and user behavior to derive insights and guide business decisions. ● Serve as a critical link between field operations and executive leadership by delivering strategic reports and actionable insights. ● Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align demand initiatives with broader organizational goals. ● Cultivate and maintain strong engagement within driver communities to drive sustained platform usage and advocacy. ● Ensure operational discipline, compliance, and excellence in execution across all active territories. Candidate Profile Education ● Bachelor's degree from an engineering institute. ● MBA from a premier business school is preferred. Experience ● 7 years of progressive experience in offline/field sales, with at least 2–3 years in a strategic leadership or multi-region management capacity. ● Proven track record in sectors such as mobility, FMCG, logistics, or consumer services with high field intensity. ● Prior experience with startups (preferred product tech-based company). ● Strong experience in managing distributed teams and delivering results through structured sales frameworks.
