Pay Information $2,306 per week About The Position Job Title: Neuro/PCU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: South Carolina license or Compact license required prior to start Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification required Must-Have: Tele competency required Description: We are seeking a skilled Neuro/PCU Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:4-5. Every other weekend is required. The traveler may need to float within scope to meet facility needs. This role does not require on-call duties. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position. All vacation time must be included at the time of submission. No additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment. All schedules must be flexible to meet the needs of the unit. The facility may call off one shift every two weeks. After two call outs without a documented medical reason, a contract may be considered for cancellation. Travelers should be aware that they may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. The facility utilizes Epic for charting.
