Project Manager - High-End Residential & Hospitality Construction Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing client relationships and coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage high-end residential and hospitality construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications and regulations. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential and hospitality construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
