Project Deployment & Change Manager / 4 months CDD

THE ROLE Project Deployment & Change Manager will be responsible for deployments and change management of Business Applications having strategic importance for the CMA CGM Group. The projects will be deployed in Global CMA CGM Network consists of over 160 Agencies. // 4 months CDD // WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? Support deployment roadmap, deployment methodology and resource planning Manage end to end project deployment in Agencies network based on project deployment roadmaps. Manage stakeholder communication related to project deployments Evaluate project risks related to deployments in collaboration with other stakeholders and identify risk mitigation plans Evaluate Change Management needs on the different projects Define and Create Change Management plans with Project Leads & Sponsors Lead and follow up Change Management activities during project lifecycle. Support one or several projects by coordinating with the different internal and/ or external stakeholders Animate Change Management Network WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? This role requires project, process & change management skills, conceptual and strategic thinking with advanced problem-solving skills. Degree in business, engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in the field of shipping & Logistics Successful track record in Project Deployment & Change management in a multicultural and geographically diverse organization/s. Exposure and understanding on process improvement methodologies. Strong change management skills with influence and negotiation capabilities. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Certificate in Project Management will be an added advantage
