You will represent clients in a variety of personal injury matters Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agencies Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Review drafts of demands and Discovery prepared by paralegals Respond to client inquiries Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law ​​ Qualifications: Licensed in Illinois At least 5 First Chair Jury Trials to verdict in the past five (5) years Access to an automobile to cover collar county cases Familiarity with Case Management Software. (We use FileVine) Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Incentive Plan: We offer an Incentive Plan and encourage our Associates to bring in their own business to the law firm. The law firm also handles statutory claims including Wrongful Death Act Claims, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect cases and Workers Compensation Act claims. Mark L.
