Industrial Engineer

A major manufacturing company seeks an industrial engineer to join the team. You’ll own key improvement initiatives across labor, flow, material handling, and production efficiency. You’ll be on the floor, solving problems, working with operators and supervisors, and driving measurable results. What You’ll Do Analyze and optimize plant layout, workflow, and labor utilization Lead time studies and process mapping for continuous improvement Partner with production and maintenance teams to remove bottlenecks Support CAPEX planning, line balancing, and equipment implementation Use data to drive smarter decisions across inventory, cycle times, and throughput Build tools and SOPs that help teams improve without constant oversight What We’re Looking For 5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing setting Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Experience with lean tools, time studies, and process improvement Strong Excel/data skills; ERP familiarity (SAP or similar) a plus Comfortable in a production environment, engaging with all levels Strong communicator who can turn analysis into action
