Sales Order Processor / Customer Account Manager, Maghera £26,000 to £32,000 plus bonus We are working with a successful manufacturer in Maghera who are seeking to appoint their new Sales Order Processor / Customer Account Manager who as part of the commercial team will play an important role in the managing & processing of customer orders from enquiry through to delivery. Duties will include; Capturing and processing customer orders Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and queries Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns in a timely and professional manner Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders and transactions What we are looking for Experience gained in a similar role, to include sales order processing Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident IT skills, ideally with an experience of order processing software In return you can expect an excellent package including a generous salary, bonus, pension plus more!
