This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of consultancy projects as well as recruitment and selection processes within a business psychology setting. What You’ll Do: - Administer psychometric tests, conduct interviews, and provide clear, insightful feedback to candidates and our clients - Deliver 1:1 specialist assessment for individuals following role-related incidents - Support with client-focused training sessions - Opportunity to be involved in client focused projects Vacancy 2: Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor – OPC Assessment About the Role: OPC Assessment is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor to support our growth in the UK and internationally. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and play a hands-on role in shaping innovative psychometric tools and assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients - Deliver TUO-A training sessions, helping clients maximise the value of our tools - Contribute creative ideas to support the growth and diversification of our product range - Assist in the design and development of cutting-edge psychometric assessments - Coordinate marketing and business development efforts and manage client orders - Administer a variety of psychometric tests, conduct interviews, and provide clear feedback to candidates and our clients
