Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Roles Available: - Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrical or Mechanical Bias - Maintenance Supervisor - Lead Shift Engineer Location Roles available across London & City We are currently recruiting for various maintenance roles such as Multi skilled Engineers, Shift Lead Engineers & Maintenance Supervisors. These are all permanent roles working at flagship sites / corporate/commercial buildings in London City. The roles are focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding , repairs and installations. You may sometimes support and participate in an on-call rota which is operated from within the site-based team. Occasional overtime may be requested. As a qualified multi skilled engineer / Shift Lead Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor, the role will be orientated around electrical works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other non-electrical works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure. The Multi Skilled Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position. Skills & Experience: 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation plus Any other formal qualifications electrical or mechanical Mechanical awareness, FCU & AHU maintenance tasks Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general handyperson tasks . Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
