Customer Engagement Executive

MYM Recruitment are working with our client in Draperstown, a well-established and respected healthcare provider in Northern Ireland. As the company continues to expand across Ireland and Great Britain, they are seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to join their growing team and support this development. This is a key support role, focused on delivering outstanding service to both clients and internal stakeholders. Sales experience is advantageous but not essential we welcome applicants who bring strong communication skills, administrative expertise, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the companys services, processes, and values. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with prospective clients to build relationships and introduce company services. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to booking and completion. Engage positively with existing and potential clients, providing timely and effective support. Maintain accurate client records and interactions using the companys CRM system. Deliver a professional and reliable point of contact for clients, customers, and internal staff. Assist senior management with diary management, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Support the preparation of service documents, reports, and presentations. Contribute ideas for business improvement and support ongoing development initiatives. Utilise industry databases to help identify prospective opportunities. Essential Criteria: Demonstrated customer service or administrative experience in a busy, professional environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Positive, proactive, and adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Capable of following established processes while handling a high volume of tasks.
