Mechanical Design Engineer

An industry leading Special Purpose Machinery manufacturer in the West Yorkshire region are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to strengthen their R&D/NPD Engineering department. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, youll work within an experienced Engineering team, generating design concepts for a range of complex Special Purpose Machinery used in a highly-niche sector. Youll have the ability to oversee projects from blank sheet paper design including first principle calculations, R&D, simulation/FEA, component design and seeing your product through to manufacture and testing. This role will suit an Engineer whos looking to join a multi-skilled Engineering team and the chance to deal with clients on a global scale.
