Team: Manage 1113 National Field Service Engineers Were seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our UK-wide team of engineers. Our company is a major global player in the process equipment and machinery, for a variety of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, food, beverage, oil & gas and many more. This is a critical leadership role focused on service excellence, operational coordination, and technical support. Your Responsibilities: Lead and support a national team of 1113 Field Service Engineers Drive service delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and team development Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Projects, and Aftermarket teams What Youll Need: Strong technical background in engineering or process machinery Proven experience managing large field service teams Ability to be on-site in Milton Keynes as required
