Job Description Summary: For Renantis Solutions, which focuses on providing services aligned with customer needs while protecting the environment, we are seeking a Development Manager (Acquisition & Permitting) . You will report directly to the Head of Greenfield and Brownfield Development within our Development Department. Your role involves supporting real estate development activities, securing land rights, and managing technical, design, administrative, and permitting activities from conception to project completion. You will ensure results meet quality, sustainability, and performance standards within budget and timeframes. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting feasibility studies and proposal screening, managing budgets and authorization timelines. - Overseeing the permitting process, including planning, environmental, and landscape permits. - Monitoring project development and permitting status, managing documentation for due diligence. - Providing back-office support such as document preparation, correspondence filing, and assisting in legal document execution (LOI, PSPA, SPA). - Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to support project execution, approvals, and integration. Key Requirements: - 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate, renewable energy development, technical fields, or permitting departments. - Expertise in permitting stages and coordination with collateral consultants (cadastral, technical, legal). - Skills in feasibility studies, due diligence, and supporting development activities. - Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, proactive, versatile, professional, and discreet. Willingness to visit sites and meet with public and third-party entities. - Excellent communication, report writing, analytical, and project management skills. - Degree in engineering, architecture, urban or land planning, or related fields.
