HOW YOU'LL IMPACT Holistic project work: Analyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups. Develop strategies to optimize the supply chain and procurement processes. Implement these strategies to deliver tangible results for clients. Broad range of challenges: Manage diverse projects across various industries, including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, both domestically and internationally. Intensive customer consulting: Collaborate closely with clients through workshops and negotiations. Present processes and structures, serve as a primary contact, and quickly gain industry-specific knowledge to effectively advise clients. Cross-industry development: Contribute to knowledge sharing within the company by participating in competence centers, while expanding your expertise in new areas. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's or Master's degree with an above-average grade. Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting. Strong analytical thinking, flexibility, enthusiasm for new challenges, and a performance-driven attitude. Team-oriented, fair, authentic, and capable of maintaining professionalism in an international environment. Business fluent in English and Italian.
