General manager - Central Italy EPC - Renewable Energy Industry About Our Client Our client is a small EPC company operating in the renewable energy sector, part of a larger Italian group Job Description Define, develop, and implement a business strategy aimed at supporting and promoting business growth; Oversee all company operations, including resource management, production, logistics, and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality and profitability; Ensure the financial health of the company, including budget planning, cash flow management, cost monitoring, and achieving financial goals; Develop, motivate, and lead a team of experienced professionals, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented corporate culture; Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and government institutions, promoting the company's image and reputation; Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and processes in line with industry practices, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability. The Successful Applicant Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or specialization in the energy sector is a plus. Proven experience in leadership roles in relevant sectors. Demonstrated experience in Project Management and managing complex contracts. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse, multicultural teams. Strong analytical skills and a focus on financial and operational objectives; accustomed to working towards goals and managing stress.
