We are currently seeking an open-minded, dynamic Career Services Mentor to join our team of specialists on a full-time basis at our Rome Business School. The role involves providing job search services and career development support for both national and international students. This position offers a highly rewarding human experience and potential career advancement based on motivation and performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze professional opportunities. Create networking opportunities to foster new professional relationships between companies and students. Maintain and extend agreements with partner entities. Contact headhunters, talent acquisition specialists, recruitment consultants, and companies. Assist students in defining their career goals and provide opportunities to achieve them. Organize career events and projects (annual and monthly). Train and counsel students in professional career development. What we would like to see in your CV: Full-time availability, 38 hours per week, with the ability to work on Saturdays (minimum 2 per month). Preferred educational background: Bachelor's or Laurea Magistrale. Experience in HR or business development is a plus. Proficiency in Italian and English. Empathy and active listening abilities.
