Relocation from Italy or traveling three times a week is encouraged (travel expenses covered). The client’s office is close to the airport in Molfetta. A company car may be available for commuting. Note: Italian language proficiency is required. Job Summary: As the VP of Product Italy, you will define the product vision based on insights into users and markets, and collaborate with other teams to build SaaS solutions supported by deep industry knowledge. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of rapid delivery and iteration based on testing, measurement, and feedback. You should know how to build reliable, scalable cloud systems and work closely with engineering teams to realize an ambitious technical vision. Your responsibilities include: Defining the Italian Poly-Ambulatory platform vision; Managing the Italian Product and UX team; Aligning strategy with senior management and segment managing directors; Building and managing the roadmap for all Italian AIS products; Collaborating with UX and developers to design and launch new core features; Actively seeking customer feedback to improve platforms and plans; Identifying key innovations to support our products; Working with European peers to identify shared opportunities; Ensuring legal compliance in market introduction; Creating and implementing business plans for sustainable growth; Supporting sales during large project presales phases; Seeking opportunities to scale our product development process.
