Technology Advisory Strategy Managers

Position – The role : We are seeking several Technology Advisory Strategy Managers to join the Italian office. These Senior Managers will support the firm’s growth by helping clients improve performance through technology transformations and modernization programs across various industries. Position – Specific responsibilities : The Technology Advisory Strategy Managers will provide expert guidance to client executives, enabling value creation through technology. Key focus areas include: Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability, and governance design Product strategy and innovation, including deployment Technology investment roadmaps and value creation plans Technology cost reduction, outsourcing, and transformation Technology assessments, re-platforming, rationalization, and consolidation Technology due diligence, carve-outs, and merger integrations IT crisis management and project turnaround Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 4-8 years of relevant IT consulting experience, preferably from top-tier strategy firms or specialized boutiques. Experience in Corporate IT Operations & Consulting is a strong plus. Candidates should have solid IT knowledge or proven experience in digital, technology, or IT projects, including software delivery, infrastructure, governance, or security. Experience with private equity, M&A, value creation, and integration strategies is advantageous. Leadership qualities, collaboration skills, resilience, and self-motivation are essential. The ability to plan and execute strategic visions, analyze data, and work under pressure is required. Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels are crucial.
