Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? Job Description Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is seeking a Tax Manager for the Group Tax unit, based in Parma. The successful candidate will manage the tax compliance process for the America Legal Entity, ensuring timely fulfillment of tax and fiscal declarations, staying updated on changes in fiscal regulations, and maintaining relationships with local fiscal authorities, in accordance with guidelines set by the manager and Group policies. Key Responsibilities Provide standard tax advice and stay informed on changes in fiscal regulations affecting the area of responsibility. Interpret laws for involved Group functions, study trends, propose new operating methods to optimize fiscal processes, and define procedures compliant with laws and Group policies. Ensure effective execution of fiscal management processes for the Legal Entities under responsibility and propose fiscal policies aligned with Group guidelines. Monitor correct implementation within the regulatory framework and operational procedures. Support tax audits and litigations within the area of responsibility. Identify policy needs and assist in policy setting. Coordinate with Compliance Service Providers to ensure proper provision and implementation of information, processes, and procedures to meet deadlines efficiently. Assist the Tax Senior Manager with overall tax responsibilities, including withholding taxes, Transfer Pricing compliance, Tax Risk Management, and Tax Accounting. Monitor tax compliance, manage relationships with local tax authorities, and address tax issues or risks. Develop and manage internal and third-party relationships relevant to Barilla's tax position. Requirements University degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent. At least 7 years of tax experience in a consultancy firm or in-house. Ability to work in a global environment with virtual teams. Strong analytical skills, financial analysis, data management, and Excel modeling. Capacity to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. Strategic mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership ability.
