Customer Solutions Architect

Influx Search is partnering with a pioneering wastewater technology software company to find a Solution Architect to join their Italian team. This role combines technical wastewater expertise, data interpretation, and customer engagement in a mission-driven environment. What’s the job? This customer-facing position involves acting as a subject matter expert supporting clients and internal teams. You will translate raw data into actionable insights, lead technical discussions, and contribute to successful deployments across Italy. You will work directly with field engineers and analysts, shaping data communication and understanding for water utilities. Your key responsibilities will include : Serving as the wastewater SME for internal teams and clients Analyzing sensor and operational data for business reviews Supporting project delivery from requirements to post-go-live Collaborating with CSMs, data scientists, and implementation teams Providing insight-driven reports for utility decision-making Integrating client feedback into product strategy Traveling approximately 30% for field visits, onboarding, and workshops Who are we looking for? We seek someone with environmental expertise, analytical skills, and startup energy—someone eager to solve real problems, work quickly, and grow with the team. We’re particularly interested in those with : 2–4 years of experience in wastewater, utilities, or environmental engineering Solid knowledge of WWTP processes and treatment systems A degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience working with stakeholders across technical functions Strong communication skills to simplify technical data Comfort with Excel, dashboards, KPIs (Power BI is a plus) A self-starter mindset capable of autonomous and team work A passion for positive environmental impact Join a purpose-led company revolutionizing wastewater management through technology.
