To support its expansion, the company is seeking an Export Manager . Your new role The candidate, reporting to the Sales Director, will primarily be responsible for developing new clients and managing assigned sales territories. This includes acquiring new customers, consolidating existing ones, and conducting direct field sales activities. Additionally, the role involves defining commercial strategies, including promotional policies. The professional will analyze market trends for their territories, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate closely with the production and marketing departments to customize client requests and introduce new business solutions. The role also requires monitoring sales performance and ensuring compliance with international and local export regulations. Requirements for success The ideal candidate: Has at least 4-5 years of experience in export roles within the food industry, preferably in fresh and perishable products Possesses a results-oriented mindset, strong relational and organizational skills, active listening, and understanding of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
