The new Development Center in Turin, Italy, is seeking experienced Microsoft developers passionate about software development, learning, and applying new skills, particularly to enhance the ERP Agency system. Key Responsibilities Maintain, design, and develop complex software for an ocean carrier Design software from requirements, apply best practices, and ensure high quality Participate in technical discussions, take ownership of components, debug, and deliver solutions Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or IT certification; Master’s in computer science is a plus At least 3 years of application development experience with a focus on business process optimization Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework (WPF, WinForms, Serialization, Reflection, Security, ADO.NET, multi-threading, Entity Framework) Strong SQL Server skills: stored procedures, functions, tables, indexes, views Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, problem-solving, and analytical skills Experience in designing, developing, and implementing EDI solutions Fluency in English Optional Requirements Experience with XML, electronic exchange solutions Experience with Web Services, REST API, JSON Agile methodology experience Experience with Azure DevOps Skills in logging platforms analysis What We Offer Benefits include learning opportunities, welfare system, health insurance, modern workstation, and discounts within MSC.
