Responsibilities : You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs. Your role involves assisting customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing these systems. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and risk mitigation to ensure success. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Italy. Requirements : Active Directory & Windows Server (2016, 2019) : Expertise in Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS), understanding storage stack architecture Experience with Failover, Planned Failover, Test Failure, Unplanned Failover Knowledge of Windows Clusters Experience with Windows Server 2019 5 years of experience with DNS / DHCP 5 years of experience with Hyper-V Active Directory : Over five years of experience in systems development, network operations, or technical support, with knowledge of : Windows Server OS, NTFS / Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event Logging, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management Active Directory concepts such as Kerberos, LDAP, Sites, and Security Groups Networking services including TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing Language Requirements : Fluent in Italian (oral and written communication) Proficient in English (oral and written communication) Location : Italy - Work from Home Time Type : Full-time Note : If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents.
