Position Snapshot Permanent contract Preferred residence: Veneto Geographic working area: Veneto/Trentino/Emilia Degree: Scientific subjects (IMS, Pharmacy, CTF, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences) Approximately 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Delegate Previous 1-year experience in a similar role in the Hospital channel highly preferred Fluent in English and Italian Position Summary Reporting to the National Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for ethically and science-based building of the image and role of Nestlé Infant and Maternal Nutrition products in the 1st 1000 days, with Healthcare Professionals and institutions within the specified territory, to compliantly drive recommendations, advocacy, and prescriptions for these products. A Day in the Life of the Key Account Hospital Compliance: Use the Code Management system as the guiding document for all activities, ensuring compliance with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local regulations. Advocacy: Increase advocacy for Nestlé Infant Nutrition products and services when detailing to HCPs and calling in HCI, applying acquired skills, knowledge of Nestlé and competitor products, territory dynamics, and HCP profiles to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Territory Management: Manage the assigned territory according to guidelines for master data management, HCP classification, segmentation, scheduling, call rates, and data gathering to inform marketing and territory action plans. Action Plan: Develop and execute a territory-specific action plan aligned with national and regional business objectives. What will make you successful?
