PA Expertise a Retelit Group company specializing in the implementation of Microsoft-based platforms and solutions, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our Team in the governance of a large multinational project, an end-to-end custom solution developed for a global player based in Brussels. As a Junior Product Owner you will work in an agile environment continuously reviewing business needs, sharpening priorities, outlining goals and outcomes, and identifying opportunities and risks in order to develop, own and execute the product roadmap; in particular : you will translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria; You will prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements while maximizing product value; You will lead the functional product design process based on deep knowledge of users and technology; You will write detailed business specifications to streamline existing processes and develop new features or re-develop existing features on top of the new solution; You will work internally with cross-collaboration teams to develop user-focused product features; For this role, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to synthesize complex technical information and succinctly deliver updates to senior management, clients and other stakeholders; NICE TO HAVE strong Analytical and problem solving skills; experience with Agile software development; This position will ideally be based in our branch in our " smartworking-oriented model anyhow will allow you to manage your work with the greatest possible flexibility based on project needs, and you will be measured on the results you achieve.
