Become a part of our talented deugro team as we look for a Tender Management Coordinator in Segrate (Milan), Italy. Key responsibilities: Processing and supporting strategic tenders and MSAs (ITT/RFI/RFQ and similar), including preparing high-quality pricing and commercial bid documentation in a timely manner in cooperation with global, regional, and local sales, procurement, and tendering teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. Developing and maintaining close relationships with our global supplier base and internal pricing functions for efficient and competitive tender pricing. Utilizing and further developing tender and pricing processes and tools in coordination with global, regional, and local tender management teams and stakeholders. Maintaining and regularly updating tender management and pricing tools and databases, such as tender and tariff libraries, tender blocks, reference databases, and tender pipelines. Supporting business units in commercial strategies and decision-making, in coordination with country, regional, and global management. Assisting sales teams worldwide and regionally in bid presentations and negotiations for strategic tenders. Reviewing contract terms, identifying risks, and proposing measures to mitigate them. Implementing best practices and lessons learned across tendering and pricing organizations. Producing market intelligence reports, analysis, and insights. Managing sales activities and developing business relationships with clients; preparing commercial strategies and offers to secure business. Skills, knowledge, and expertise: Over 5 years of tendering experience within the project logistics industry. A proven track record of creating high-quality commercial and contractual proposals and tender documents. Highly motivated, proactive, and responsible subject matter expert. Focused on continuous improvement, development, and success. Good technical and commercial knowledge of international project freight forwarding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and relevant software. Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment under pressure. Analytical, well-structured, and capable of multitasking. Diligent with attention to detail, able to see the big picture. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
