Responsibilities Oversee and execute finance actuals, closing, and reporting activities for assigned units. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain the integrity of financial statements. Monitor the Balance Sheet, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies. Lead the financial closing process and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Manage A / P, A / R, Assets, and General Ledger accounting. Prepare Financial Statements and handle statutory and fiscal requirements. Assist with budgeting and quarterly forecasts. Coordinate with fiscal authorities, auditors, and legal teams. Support HR with fiscal and administrative matters. Collaborate on Capex and cost analysis. Manage vendor payments and interactions with Purchase team. Account for DSM Italia and DFS Italy in collaboration with Shared Financial Services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance. Strong knowledge of statutory law and accounting principles. Experience with SAP; Zucchetti ERP is a plus. At least 2 years in multinational finance roles. Proactive, curious, and team-oriented.
