Infusion Nurse -RN

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. FULL TIME, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO ON-CALL! Responsibilities: Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields, 3 years phlebotomy skill set Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description Boston Center for Memory's core mission is to provide: 1) education for patient's, families/caregivers, and professionals 2) multi-specialty treatment utilizing a treatment team approach 3) follow up care to meet the patients and family/caregiver's needs, and 4) research to provide better diagnostics for detection and better treatments for patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's disease, and related dementias.
