Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of HR applications within the Organizational Development and Learning product suite, specifically focusing on Learning Management Systems. This long-term contract position requires someone detail-oriented with a strong background in managing technical solutions and delivering high-quality software products. Based in Oakland, California, this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: • Manage the full product lifecycle, including design, scope, budgeting, and performance reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements. • Lead development teams to deliver software solutions that align with organizational needs. • Create and execute test plans to ensure products meet quality standards before user acceptance testing. • Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop comprehensive rollout strategies. • Implement effective systems development and project management processes. • Develop and maintain business plans for products, overseeing analysis, design, testing, and integration. • Drive the delivery of new functionality by leading requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and post-deployment assessments. • Lead agile ceremonies such as quarterly planning sessions, daily standups, and strategy discussions with business leadership. • Ensure continuous improvement of application functionality through ongoing analysis and validation processes.• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Absorb. • Familiarity with platforms like Oracle Fusion and other HRIS systems. • Strong background in product development, value stream mapping, and related methodologies. • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives. • Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience with large-scale system implementations. • Excellent project management skills, including risk assessment and prioritization. • Ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with partners at all organizational levels. • Technical expertise in relationship management, user experience analysis, and product deployment.
