The Opportunity We are expanding our team and seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing & Strategy to help clients optimise their technology supply chains and drive strategic transformation. This role sits at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and technology delivery. Ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. What You’ll Do: Advise senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies and supplier ecosystems. Design and implement go-to-market strategies to secure critical technology capabilities. Lead supplier engagements, from RFP to contract negotiation and service transition. Facilitate alignment among stakeholders to define sourcing requirements. Negotiate robust, operationally sound contracts with suppliers and legal teams. Support post-contract value realisation and service onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative offerings and leverage emerging technologies like AI. Your Expertise: Expertise in public cloud providers, cloud migration, and commercial constructs. Experience with cloud controls, engineering services, and legacy hosting transitions. Proven track record in sourcing for complex integration programs. Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery, risk transfer, and commercial models. Experience sourcing services for modern, automated workplace environments. Understanding of device management, service desk, collaboration tools, and BYOD strategies. What We’re Looking For: Strong influencing skills with C-level stakeholders. Expertise in sourcing processes, commercial models, and vendor evaluation. Project/programme management experience in sourcing contexts. Familiarity with agile sourcing, pricing models, and market analysis. Bonus: Experience in IT operating models, AI strategy, enterprise architecture, or business analysis.
