Tier 2 Engineer

Chroma are currently recruiting for a Tier 2 Engineer to join an award-winning telecommunications company . As a Tier 2 Engineer, you'll provide Level 2 support for contact centre and voice technologies, handling escalated issues and resolving complex technical problems. You'll troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and ensure solutions meet service level agreements. Your role will also involve providing support for key Avaya Aura systems and technologies.
