We're looking for a driven Sub Agent Specialist to join their team on a high-profile highways project based in Penrith. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role from early planning through to construction delivery. Your new role: As Sub Agent, you will be instrumental in shaping the project’s success. You will support early-stage planning and seamlessly transition into the construction phase, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to refine and optimise the construction delivery plan. Develop lean construction methodologies and support programme development. Prepare PCF Products, RAMS, and other key documentation for mobilisation. Lead on major utility diversions and manage the engineering team. Ensure compliance with construction drawings and manage quality control. Maintain accurate site records, including diaries and allocation sheets. Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance. Attend and contribute to weekly site and design coordination meetings. Support cost control through regular Cost to Complete reviews. What you'll need to succeed : Proven experience in a similar engineering management role, ideally on National Highways projects or frameworks. Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (BEng/MEng). Strong leadership and communication skills within multidisciplinary environments.
