Confirmed Python Developer (F/M)

As we structure our growing team, we're seeking a Confirmed Python Developer to play a pivotal role in a dynamic environment where they can make a significant impact on both our technology stack and team culture during this exciting growth phase. Reporting to the Head Of Engineering, working together with a strong team spirit and driven by the confidence that Veesion is on track to revolutionize the retail industry. THIS POSITION IS FRANCE BASED. Your Mission: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable architectures. Align to best coding practices, performing rigorous code reviews , and encouraging other developers. Be involved in decision-making processes and effectively communicate technical choices to the team. Participate in team alignment by defending ideas and fostering a strong technical culture. Work hands-on with Python to develop high-performance applications. Optimize and architect database solutions using PostgreSQL, including SQL query optimization. You’re a Great Match If: You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development. You have a good proficiency in Python. You have a good understanding of database architectures , particularly PostgreSQL. You are comfortable designing SQL queries and optimizing database performance. You know how to follow and advocate for best practices and inspire developers to follow them. Recruitment Process: Screening Interview – HR initial discussion (30 mn).
