Provides ad-hoc financial analysis as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Business Group FD in providing monthly P&L and balance sheet reports, including insightful commentary on actual performance versus budget/forecast and prior year, covering revenue, margin, expenses, and working capital metrics. Deliver clear management information showing MTD/YTD P&L and working capital metrics, with comparisons to plans and prior year. Work with the FD to understand results, reconcile data with the corporate reporting system, and validate ERP data. Manage the annual planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. Support the development and maintenance of forecasting and budgeting models, including training on FP&A tools like TM1. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Degree in Finance & Business Administration Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, pivot tables, macros) Skills: Excellent communication skills to work with senior leadership across EMEA and business units. Proven ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively. Experience working in complex multinational environments, with familiarity in TM1, HFM, PeopleSoft, Anaplan, or similar software.
