Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an exceptional and experienced MYP/DP Master Teacher of Computer Science from August 2025 to join our school and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in Teaching and Learning. This is an opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering outstanding student outcomes, who can inspire not only learners but also colleagues through innovative practices and academic leadership. The Master Teacher will not only deliver high-quality lessons but will also contribute to the broader development of the Computer Science curriculum, mentor teachers, and elevate standards across the department. The Master Teacher will be also part of a special scholarship programme dedicated exclusively to talents in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Design Technology. Qualifications/Key Responsibilities A minimum of 7 years of recent and relevant experience in a world-class international school A relevant Master’s degree and teacher qualification (eg: Computer Science, Mathematics, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme) is an advantage Applicants should demonstrate experience in reputable or top-tier international schools and drive high academic standards, demonstrate a track record of measurable student success across key stages A proven track record of outstanding student outcomes and academic success Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven instruction, and proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA) will be will be highly regarded Proven experience in preparing students for international competitions in Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, and Science(eg: World Robot Olympiad, International Mathematical Olympiad, International Physics Olympiad, International Junior Science Olympiad, etc) will be highly appreciated Relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s), preferably in an IB school (MYP and/or DP) will be highly appreciated Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning will be highly regarded Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (level C1-C2) Immaculate police check(s) The complete job description can be found here Why H-FARM International School?
