We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of IT Solution Specialist - Full Stack Developer. You will design and implement IT solutions for DHL Supply Chain operations, ensuring efficient integration of logistics, transportation, and engineering systems. You will also guide implementers to optimize software usage and meet operational requirements. Responsibilities: Act as a techno/functional architect, shaping new IT solutions and improving existing platforms supporting DHL Supply Chain warehousing operations across EMEA. Stay updated with the latest IT technologies to leverage the best market capabilities. Own development tasks, either executing personally or organizing external vendors, across back-end and front-end components. Provide training and support to local IT teams to adopt and operate solutions effectively, aligned with original design. Ensure robust rollout, go-live, and post-live support, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution and escalation. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of software development experience. Must-Have Skills: Experience in designing and building RESTful microservices using Python and Java. Familiarity with containerization concepts, including build, deployment, and orchestration. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with FastAPI, Django, Quarkus. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Knowledge of Android app development and web/mobile application development. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like SQL Server and MongoDB. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Experience in project management with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude, familiar with agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Business proficiency in English. Experience in logistics or production IT environments is a plus.
