Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or enhanced systems. Analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate tools and solutions. Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to understand business environments, technical contexts, and strategic directions. Stay updated on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience with Digital Development Services, Agile, DevOps, Cloud applications, Microservices architecture. Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Framework, SPA frameworks, Microservices, Docker, database SQL and NoSQL. Knowledge of software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps practices. Experience with web development tools for new applications. Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, results orientation, decision-making skills, and teamwork capabilities. Location Rome, with remote work possibility.
