ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are seeking motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our plant in Barberini (PE). As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the performance of the Quality Management System, Procedures (PQ), and Operating Instructions (IST), ensuring compliance with the UNI standard EN ISO 9001:2015. Responsibilities include: Implementing new regulatory standards and updating the system accordingly. Promoting the application of system standards within individual departments. Protocoling and integrating establishment procedures and instructions into the system. Evaluating the business context for risks and opportunities. Coordinating and monitoring system activities across departments. Preparing, executing, and following up on internal process or system audits. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through continuous updates. Promoting a culture of quality within the plant through monitoring and improvement initiatives. Applying quality problem-solving methods effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile: Engineering degree. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
